BASF adds Target Specialty Products as a Canadian Pest Management portfolio distributor

Calgary, ALBERTA, April 24, 2023 – BASF Canada Agricultural Solutions (BASF) has announced an agreement with Target Specialty Products (Target) as a distributor of its professional pest management products. As a leader in Canadian pest management protection, BASF invests heavily in its product portfolio, providing solutions to help meet the needs of pest management professionals (PMP). By partnering with Target, PMPs will have an additional way to access the BASF portfolio which includes many products under the following umbrella brands: Seclira®, Avert®, and Instant Soap ‘N Water.

“BASF is excited to announce our expanded relationship with Target Specialty Products as a complete distribution partner of our pest control portfolio. We are continuing to invest and bring new products to market and know that Target will be a great fit by offering excellent service and an expanded footprint for customers to access the BASF portfolio.” said Brad Hayhoe, Professional & Specialty Solutions Market Manager, BASF Canada Agricultural Solutions.

“Target Specialty Products is thrilled to have added BASF’s product offering to our portfolio. BASF has continued to be a dominant player in Canada’s PMP market having registered two insecticides with new active ingredients over the past three years while reviving another product (Avert 360A). BASF’s Seclira provides undetectable control for resistance management situations”. Taylor Howlett, Pest Sales Manager, Canada. “We are confident we have rounded out our chemistry offering, providing pest management professionals across Canada with a full spectrum of options”, adds Mark Scenna Director, Canada.

The BASF portfolio includes high-performing, reliable products that provide PMPs with safe, quick and enduring results under difficult conditions.
